The staff at this facility is next level awsome! They have taken care of my entire group for over a month with outstanding service and hospitality! Honorable mentions are Tawanna and Ramiro. Great work team keep up the amazing work. Hands down recommend this location for all your travel needs!
We chose this location because it was close to my mother-in-law's residence. We were moving her to join us in Charleston SC. Although we had several "speed bumps" on this move, Hampton Inn & Suites gave us comfort while away from home. A glowing bright spot was meeting the front desk manager, Felicia! She was extremely helpful and patient with our struggles and went out of her way to help us and listen. Thank you, Felicia!
Good location, close to lots of food options. Walked into our room and it immediately smelled fresh and clean. Room was spacious and accommodating for the 5 of us and 2 dogs. Everything looked in good condition. Nice, quiet, relaxing evening. Cocoa, coffee and cookies were available in the lobby complimentary for guests when we arrived. That felt especially cozy for the kids. Breakfast was decent. Typical waffles/cereal,bagel spread along with healthier options like little omelets and sausage links. I appreciated the half and half and milk available for coffee as I don't use those sugary pump things. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good price point for the room.
Stayed here for a month! Great staff. Ms, Tawanna welcomed the group with open arms! Local gas stations and food were great! Room service was great! Overall perfect experience! I recommend YOU to stay here!
Down here for school on base and they forced us to move off base. Tawanna sat on the phone and helped me and 21 other classmates get new rooms in an hour. We showed up to great customer service, clean rooms, good breakfast and we were close enough to base and still by great restaurants and fun things to do. At night Ramiro was extremely helpful! 10/10 stay here and you won't regret it!
We stayed here in 2021 when we were moving to the area and it was a good experience, since then we have moved back to Virginia. We came back to the area this last week for a visit and were blown away. It seems to have been renovated and it’s beautiful and clean. My kids felt like we were royalty in this hotel. Every staff member was kind and said hello, and our room was amazing. Set up so well and you could tell they had the guest’s best interest in mind. Breakfast was good and the gym was incredible! Thank you so much for making our stay the best! (Also on the hunt for the shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms because my hair has never looked this good!)
